Orders are typically delivered within 1–5 business days depending on the customer’s location and product availability.

Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery may be available within selected areas of Nairobi for orders confirmed before 3:00 PM on business days.

Availability of same-day delivery is subject to product availability and delivery capacity.

1.3 Shipping Charges

Delivery charges vary depending on:

  • Delivery location
  • Product size and weight
  • Delivery method selected

Applicable delivery charges will be communicated before order confirmation.

1.4 Pay on Delivery

Pay on Delivery is available for eligible orders within selected areas of Nairobi only.

Gadget Arena Kenya reserves the right to limit or decline Pay on Delivery services based on product category, order value, delivery location, or previous order history.

1.5 Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation or order verification.

Orders received:

  • During business hours are normally processed the same day.
  • After business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Returns & Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery provided that:

  • The product remains unused.
  • The product is in its original condition.
  • Original packaging, seals, manuals, accessories, and included items are intact.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

Returns requested due to a change of mind may be approved at Gadget Arena Kenya’s discretion provided the product remains unopened, unused, and in resaleable condition.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.

  • A damaged product

please notify Gadget Arena Kenya within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Our team may request photographs, videos, or additional information to verify the issue.

Once verified, we may provide:
